I am based in Redditch, Worcestershire but cover all across Worcestershire, Warwickshire and the surrounding areas of the West Midlands.
I always aim to make my Photoshoot Days Relaxed, Fun & Enjoyable for all - person & animal alike.
My work style consists of a Natural, True to Colour type image that I edit in a style to fit the image. I love to keep my photos bright. Every Image is individually edited and retouched.
I am a massive animal lover - Horses & Dogs have a special place in my heart and I love capturing the beauty of these animals for their owners to cherish and display in their homes.
I am lucky enough to own my own Ponies & know how special photos are!

The fee will consist of 50p per Mile.
I drive and will happily travel to ensure your shoot is at the most perfect location possible

How do I book a shoot?
A.The first step to booking your shoot is to enquire. Enquiries can be done through my Contact Form or through Email at HayleyVann.Photography@gmail.co.uk or through one of my Social Medias that are linked at the bottom of this page.

What is the Photo Delivery Process?
A.Photos are uploaded to a Private Password Protected Gallery on my Website which is under "Client Galleries". Gallery links are emailed with information how to download images etc.
Although my Photo Delivery Process varies depending on the package you purchase. Packages that include a specific number of Digital Images will go through a slightly different process to my package that includes a Full Gallery of Digitals. This is due to picking your amount of Digitals and any extras you wish to purchase.

How much does a Photoshoot cost?
A.All Photoshoots are individually priced. I have budget friendly options to more expensive packages that have more benefits.
All Package prices are displayed on my website and can be found under the Photoshoot Type eg: Couple.
Where are you located and where do you cover?
A.HVP is located in Redditch, Worcestershire but I cover the whole of Worcestershire, Warwickshire and the surrounding areas of the West Midlands.
If you have a location in mind, please enquire as I'd love to cover more of the UK.
Do you have a Travel Fee?
A.Travel is free within a 10-Mile Radius of Redditch (B98). Any location outside of a 10-Mile Radius consists of £0.50 Per Mile.
How long is your Turn Around Time?
A.Please allow up to 1-2 Weeks for the editing process after your shoot date before you receive your Gallery.
Please allow 4-8 Weeks for your Wedding Gallery.
How do I purchase Equine Event Images?
A.Images can be purchased straight from the galley in my Store.
Do you help with the Photoshoot Planning?
A.Absolutely! You will receive a Photoshoot Guide to help you plan and prepare! I am here to bring your Vision to life so will help any way I can :)
